Where do you bake your cookies?

Little Crumb Co. bakes all products in a fully certified commercial kitchen based in South East London.

This allows us to maintain strict hygiene standards, ensure consistent quality, and safely produce food for postal delivery.

We are trained and certified in Food Hygiene & Safety (Level 2) and follow all UK food preparation regulations.
When will my cookies be delivered?

All cookies are baked fresh and dispatched as soon as possible.

Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

You'll receive an email once your order has been shipped.
Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes — we ship across the UK via Royal Mail.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?

Room temperature: 3–4 days

Refrigerated: up to 1 week

Frozen: up to 3 months

Store them in an airtight container for best results.
How do I reheat my cookies?

Oven: 160°C for 5–7 minutes

Microwave: 10–12 seconds

This brings back their warm, gooey centre.
What ingredients do you use?

We use high-quality ingredients such as:

  • real butter
  • free-range eggs
  • Belgian chocolate
  • light & dark brown sugars
  • vanilla extract

No premade mixes, no artificial preservatives.
Are the cookies suitable for vegetarians?

Most of our flavours are suitable for vegetarians (contains dairy & eggs).

We don’t offer vegan options yet.
Are your cookies nut-free?

Even if a flavour contains no nuts, we cannot guarantee nut-free products, as the commercial kitchen handles all major allergens.

All cookies may contain traces of:


  • nuts

  • peanuts

  • sesame

  • soy

  • gluten

  • eggs

  • milk
Do you take custom orders?

Not at the moment — we are focusing on our core NYC-style cookie flavours.

More flavours will be added over time.
Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the nature of food items, we cannot accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will be happy to help.
Can I track my order?

You’ll receive a dispatch email once your cookies have been posted.

Tracking depends on the Royal Mail service used for your order.
